As he teaches auto collision and custom painting to students with special needs, Bob Mroz stresses the importance of “working in harmony.”

The guitar design is compiled from students’ ideas and renderings inspired by this concept. The tools and hardware represent trade and industry; the word “harmony” represents an agreement among people (parts) working together for this project (whole).

Educated in fine arts as well as auto collision repair, Mroz once owned an autobody and custom painting shop, and worked in the collision and painting industry.

He went on to earn teaching degrees from Buffalo State, where he now helps to train future teachers to teach occupations to individuals with special needs.
