Malamas holds a BFA from the Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, where he focused his studies on applied media arts and communication graphics. He has made his mark in the graphics and art world through creative positions at Brimms Inc (assistant art director); KCI Communications (assistant art director and senior designer); Totally Incorporated (senior designer and illustrator); Morris/Beecher Advertising (art director and senior designer); Discovery Channel Design Group (freelance designer); and Cannon Design (senior designer).
