Over a 20-year career, this award-winning sculptor has exhibited in Buffalo, New York City, and Erie, Pennsylvania.

His commissioned sculptures commemorate local historic events, including Buffalo’s Pan-American Exposition and the 150th Anniversary of Forest Lawn Cemetery.

As sole proprietor of Sculptures and Form, Kinney developed a selection of original artist’s lamps, as well as commercial architectural sculptures, for businesses throughout the United States.

Kinney taught sculpture and design at the University at Buffalo.  His own undergraduate work (at Munson Williams Proctor Institute in Utica, New York and the University at Buffalo), included a fellowship to study in Spain. He went on to complete two years of graduate study at UB.
